Walter Aguillard is a Marine Corps veteran and originally hails from Louisiana. He attended Guam Community College, where he received an AA Degree in Marketing. He later attended Hawaii Pacific University, where he earned a BA Degree in Visual Communications and ultimately, an MA in Communications. Utilizing his strength in communication, Walter's experience includes teaching English in Japan, he was a certified PADI scuba instructor in Guam and Hawaii, where he also worked as a trainer in the Staff Development Office for the State of Hawaii. The opportunity to continue to help others inspired Walter to start a career in real estate.Focusing on residential properties located in Hawaii Kai, Kailua and Waikiki, Walter strives in altruistically helping others as a motivation for building and sustaining his real estate career. He prides himself on dependability, personal accountability and always works towards continual professional development. Walter's warm welcome from agents and staff confirmed for him that Corcoran Pacific is actively involved in supporting his success and that of his clients.Outside of real estate, Walter currently owns and operates a car rental company and is fluent in Japanese. He enjoys several hobbies including surfing, weightlifting, hiking, sailing and scuba diving. He is also a member of The 501st Legion, which is a global all-volunteer non-profit organization that seeks to promote interest in Star Wars through the building and wearing of movie screen quality costumes. It also contributes to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work, most notably through the Make-A-Wish foundation.Walter continues to live on Oahu with his wife and two children, who are looking to grow their family by adopting a furry friend from the Humane Society.
